Learn to Swim Teacher - Part time

The opportunity
Are you passionate about water safety and helping others build confidence in the pool? Join our team at Hamilton Pools and make a real impact in your community!
In this role, you will:
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to all patrons and act as a role model for positive swimming behaviour.
- Encourage, teach, and empower patrons to become confident swimmers while promoting water safety.
- Support and promote aquatic activities and events within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct lessons in line with the Learn to Swim curriculum, tailored to the appropriate age group.
- Provide parents, caregivers, and patrons with regular updates on progress and capability development.
- Ensure customers receive a positive experience, reflected through feedback on the quality of lessons.
Please be aware that we will be looking to have the successful candidate(s) start in the role at the end of January 2026.
