5–8 years of experience in process design, service design, or HR operations Strong knowledge of Lean (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred) Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills Ability to train and coach teams on best practices Background in HR transformation, shared services, or digital experience design Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and exposure to AI and automation tools Joining this team will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in process design, while working closely with our clients to deliver innovative solutions.
