Job description

A MSX is looking for professionals with a background in Engineering, Administration or related fields. If you want to be part of an innovative and results-oriented team, this might be your opportunity. Here you will be responsible for:

Participating in Lean transformation projects, including value stream mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, process standardization, and waste reduction;
Leading Lean training and workshops;
Supporting Value Streams, following up on projects;
MAPPING THE VALUE FLOW OF PROCESSES AND PROPOSING IMPROVEMENTS; IMPLEMENTING LEAN TOOLS LIKE KAIZEN, 5S, ETC.;
Leading continuous improvement events with multi-functional teams;
Developing and guiding improvement groups and strategic meetings;
Ensuring the maintenance of results achieved through specific techniques;
Fostering a collaborative culture and diversity as sources of innovation;
Transforming problems into opportunities for improvement.
