Lead/Senior OT for Brisbane- Hybrid

Job title: Occupational Therapist - Senior/Lead-Hybrid Work Hours: Full-Time, 36hrs/week Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Billable Hours: 5.5 hrs/week Location: Woolloongabba, Queensland Our client is looking for a motivated, client-centric, outcome-focused Lead Occupational Therapist to join their leadership team and be instrumental in the growth and support of their new grad and junior OT's, as well as managing a small caseload. The role involves: * Providing supervision to therapeutic employees, including regular individual and group supervision. * Providing clinical leadership and mentoring to junior staff and new graduates. * Managing and maintaining a small caseload of clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy. * Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. * Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. * Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of the organization. * Maintaining accurate and timely documentation. * Upholding professional standards and ethical guidelines. To be successful in this role, you will need: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. * Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA). * Proven experience as an Occupational Therapist, including experience in a leadership or senior role. * Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles. * Experience providing supervision and mentoring to junior staff. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to providing high-quality client care.
