Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager in day-to-day coordination
- Oversee trades and subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and quality output
- Maintain safe work practices and assist with toolbox meetings
- Help manage sequencing, deliveries, and general site progress
- Keep documentation up to date and assist with reporting
- Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
- Experience as a Leading Hand or similar role
- Solid understanding of construction safety and sequencing
- Confident communication and organised work habits
- Perth-based experience with full Australian working rights
- Hourly rate + penalties and allowances
- Permanent metro-based role — no FIFO
- Strong pipeline of ongoing projects
- Supportive Tier 2 environment with room to advance
