Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager in day-to-day coordination
Oversee trades and subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and quality output
Maintain safe work practices and assist with toolbox meetings
Help manage sequencing, deliveries, and general site progress
Keep documentation up to date and assist with reporting

What You’ll Bring:

Carpentry or trade background highly regarded
Experience as a Leading Hand or similar role
Solid understanding of construction safety and sequencing
Confident communication and organised work habits
Perth-based experience with full Australian working rights
