Mō te tūranga | About the role As Leading Hand Gardener, you’ll be at the forefront of our grounds maintenance and landscaping operations, ensuring our public spaces are attractive, safe and well cared for. You will lead a small, dedicated team responsible for maintaining garden beds, street plantings and parks across the region. Your key responsibilities will include: • Maintaining high standards of workmanship in all aspects of gardening and grounds maintenance • Leading and mentoring a small team to achieve our goals and objectives • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control procedures and company policies • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve our operations and services.
