�� Duration: 10-month contract | Potential for long-term work
��️ Industry: Commercial Construction Project (Head Contractor)

We’re seeking a skilled and driven Leading Hand to join a reputable NSW regional builder on a key $25M educational project in Tamworth.

You’ll work closely with the site manager and foreman to manage trades, oversee site safety, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior tradesperson on commercial sites
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality standards, and WHS
Ability to read plans and coordinate trades effectively
Confident communicator with solid problem-solving skills
Trade qualification (carpentry or similar) and hands-on capability

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily tasks and supervise small teams/subcontractors
Run pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety checks
Monitor progress and report to Site Manager/Foreman
Maintain quality, resolve onsite issues, and ensure clean, safe work areas
Assist with materials, deliveries, and basic site documentation
