Leadership Trainer:in: Führung & digitale Transformation (m/w/d)

We are looking for Leadership Trainers who design and deliver interactive, engaging, and effective trainings for leadership teams – remote or in-person. Instead of frontal presentations, you create learner experiences that leadership teams can directly apply to their daily work. You move confidently within a broad theme spectrum: from classical leadership development to leading during change, up to KI and digital transformation. If you bring several years of experience in conducting leadership trainings with clients, you are comfortable presenting to groups – in German and English – and enjoy delivering different training formats flexibly and with high quality, then this role is a great fit for you. Aufgaben

• You lead leadership trainings on various topics – remote or in-person for clients.
• You cover a broad theme spectrum: modern leadership, leading during change, collaboration in digital contexts, and KI & leadership.
• You adapt existing training concepts independently to new target groups and client situations.
• You translate KI and technology topics into understandable, application-oriented training formats for leadership teams.
• You develop existing training formats further and bring in new learning formats, methods, and didactic ideas.
• In our self-organized team, you take responsibility in roles, projects, and product developments around our training offers.
• You represent Chili and Change in trainings, on events, and occasionally on social media.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in conducting leadership trainings or comparable learning formats in various client contexts.
• A didactic approach that is interactive, engaging, and innovative – no mere frontal presentations. Your trainings are effective because participants can directly apply what they have learned to their daily work as leaders.
• Very good German and English language skills, including routine in moderating trainings and workshops in both languages.
• Sovereign appearance before groups and leadership teams of all levels, even with changing formats and target groups.
• Fundamental understanding of KI, digital tools, and technological developments and their significance for leadership and collaboration.
• Pleasure in constantly exploring new technologies and integrating them into training formats in a didactically clear and practical manner.
• Enjoyment of teamwork in self-organized structures and willingness to take responsibility within the team.
• High travel readiness within Germany (approximately 60–70 days per year).
• Ideal location in or around Frankfurt am Main.
