Leadership & Specialist Trainee Program (m/f/d)

For more than 35 years, Münzer Bioindustrie GmbH has been active in the fields of waste management and renewable energies. In doing so, we develop solutions for the collection, processing, and utilization of waste and residual materials, as well as for the production of renewable fuels. In 2023, our company was recognized, among other things, with a placement among the Top 10 Austrian Leading Companies and as "Entrepreneur of the Year" in the Sustainability category.

From Understanding to Shaping: You will become part of a 12-month, site- and department-spanning trainee program in Vienna and Styria. In doing so, you will get to know Münzer as an entire company, gradually take on responsibility, and at the end, implement a concrete improvement project for the Münzer Group.

• You will get to know our business areas within the framework of intensive training along the entire value chain
• You will actively work in various areas, including Sales, Logistics, Legal, and Finance
• You will accompany managers at department, division, and management levels
• You will support management in day-to-day business as well as in international projects
• You will complete professional training and courses for personal development
• You will build a cross-departmental and cross-site network within the company

• You have completed a degree with a focus on Economics, Law, or Business Administration, or a related course of study
• You have already gained initial practical experience
• You possess fluent German skills and very good English skills
• You are highly motivated, persistent, and aspire to achieve above-average results
• You are willing to undertake international assignments
• You are flexible in terms of time and location, possess a Class B driver's license, and ideally have your own car.
