Profile - Technical education in the field of metal or steel construction or equivalent qualification with experience in industrial production - Further education as a metalworker, technician HF/FH or proof of corresponding work experience - First leadership experience in a production company, ideally in the area of surface finishing - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage - High level of social competence and ability to motivate a team - Strong customer orientation and communication strength - Structured working style with attention to details and quality - Willingness to optimize processes and drive innovative solutions forward
