Your tasks with us:

• A world where content matters: Shape our book worlds with and take daily responsibility for an excellent customer experience and optimal process flow in one of our Thalia bookstores.
• Create a positive and sustainable work atmosphere, ensuring that your team feels comfortable and can fully develop their potential.
• As an Omnichannel Salesperson, you are responsible for the targeted planning and control of product ranges and maintain oversight, even when monitoring relevant store metrics.
• Lead new events and targeted actions in your bookstore to introduce book culture to the next generation and turn non-readers into readers.
• To attract and develop talents, as well as contribute to the growth of our stores, is also within your scope.
