Your tasks:

• Fuhring of the team in the area of social care
• Personnel deployment planning
• Creation of individual care plans
• Planning, organization, and implementation of leisure and care offers for residents
• Quality assurance and documentation of the provided care services

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an ergotherapist, gerontopsychiatric specialist, social worker, or social educator (m/w/d)
• First professional experience as Leadership of Social Care desired
• Sensitivity and openness
• Leadership skills and team ability
• Responsibility and social competence
