• Gestaltung der sozialen Betreuung und Aktivierung der Bewohner zur Förderung ihrer Lebensqualität
• Planung individueller Betreuungsmaßnahmen und Leitung der Aktivierungsgruppe
• Unterstützung der Bewohner beim Erhalt und Wiedererlernen von Alltagsfähigkeiten
• Durchführung von Einzeltherapien sowie Beobachtung und Beurteilung des psychischen Zustands der Bewohner
• Sorgfältige Dokumentation, Erstellung und Evaluation der Betreuungsplanung sowie Organisation von Festen und Veranstaltungen

Your qualifications:

• First leadership experience and competence in team management desired
• Pflege will be exercised with high motivation
• Team-oriented working style with mutual respect
• Safe handling of digital media and IT applications
• Self-starter and structured work approach, as well as resilience
