We are looking for a leadership of social care (m/w/d) for an established senior citizens' home in Florstadt, who with professional knowledge, empathy and engagement actively shapes the daily life of residents and responsibly leads the care team.

Your tasks: Responsible steering and motivation of the care team in the daily routine of the institution

Development and implementation of varied, needs-oriented care and activation offers

Sensitive accompaniment of new residents during their move-in and settling phase

Documented care measures according to professional and legal guidelines

Planning and coordination of joint events to strengthen social cohesion

Your qualifications: Completed education or study in the field of social, pedagogical or therapeutic sciences (e.g. social pedagogy, ergotherapy, nurse education)

Practical experience in accompanying and activating seniors or people with care needs

Motivation to take on leadership responsibility, first leadership experience an advantage

Strong communicative skills, cooperative and solution-oriented work style

A high degree of empathy, sense of responsibility and social competence
