Leadership Expert: Führung, KI & digitale Transformation (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• You design, shape, and lead leadership trainings – remote or in-person for clients.
• You conduct trainings on topics like modern leadership, leading in change, cooperation in digital contexts, and KI & leadership through.
• You translate KI and technology topics into understandable, applicable training formats for leaders.
• You develop existing training formats further and bring new learning formats, methods, and didactic ideas into play.
• In our self-organized team, you take responsibility in roles, projects, and product developments around our training offers.
• You represent Chili and Change in trainings, on events, and occasionally on social media.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in conducting and conceiving leadership trainings or comparable learning formats.
• Very good German and English skills as well as routine in moderating trainings and workshops in both languages.
• Safe appearance even before large groups and leaders – from new leaders to the board.
• Comprehensive understanding of KI, digital tools, and technological developments and their significance for leadership and cooperation.
• Pleasure in repeatedly exploring new technologies and preparing them didactically clear, practical, and interactive for trainings.
• Pleasure in working together in self-organized structures and willingness to take responsibility in the team.
• Travel readiness within Germany (approx. 50 days/year).
• Ideal location in or around Frankfurt am Main.
