Your tasks: Leadership, development, and motivation of teams in maintenance, repair, and E-workshop
Optimization of processes and strategies taking into account costs, quality, and availability
Monitoring and compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines (UVV, VDS, occupational safety)
Technical planning, organization, and implementation of electrical projects
and awarding of contractor services
Full responsibility for the planning and budgeting of your area of responsibility
Conducting and coordinating maintenance measures (electric/mechanical)
Documentation of maintenance, repair, and maintenance work
Conducting preventive technical measures with the goal of avoiding plant downtime
Commissioning, monitoring, and steering external companies or external service providers
Close cooperation with the safety officer and energy management on site
Monitoring compliance with legal and security regulations
Responsibility for internal reorganization, system installations, and KV processes
Assistance in special projects at the production location
Your profile: Completed technical training followed by further education to become a master or technician in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
Also mechanical engineering background with corresponding maintenance experience
Long-term professional and leadership experience in the area of maintenance or/and electric workshop
Mandatory expertise in electrical engineering
High technical understanding for production processes
Knowledge in SPS and CAD is desirable
Structured, proactive, and responsible working style
Strong assertiveness and leadership skills
Organizational and manual skillset regarding maintenance aspects
Good MS Office knowledge
