Leader Technique (F/H)

We are looking for a Leader Technique to join our Nantes team.

You will be part of a young and dynamic digital team to intervene throughout the project development cycle for custom-made applications and clients, primarily in an Agile context.

Daily tasks :

• You analyze the need and estimate the workload based on technical constraints
• You participate or lead design workshops with the client and Technical Expert
• You are the team leader and ensure the smooth production of the project
• You set up good practices
• You support the team in completing tasks and resolving technical issues
• You perform code reviews and guarantee the quality of the code produced by the team
• You develop part of the applications
• You mentor junior colleagues
• You participate (or lead if you feel like it) in events such as dej’tech, meet-up…

You will work on one or several of the following technological environments :

• Back-end : Java and its ecosystem (Spring, Hibernate)
• Front-end : Angular
