Leader Receptionist

Ensure the quality of the accommodation experience, before, during and after the guest's stay, in a personalized way, contributing to their loyalty.
Give the guest the choice between independence and assistance, identifying their profile and adapting the service to those characteristics.
Support the immediate supervisor in managing the shift assigned to them, training new Collaborators and supporting processes.
