We are looking for a new talent Leader of Reimbursement to join our team.

The main challenge of the position is:

• To lead, guide, distribute tasks, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the reimbursement team.

• To manage the daily flow of reimbursement requests, ensuring agility and efficiency in the process.
• To intervene and provide support in cases of greater complexity and reported errors.
• To develop and propose improvements to area processes, focusing on standardization of rules, increased productivity, and quality.
• To prepare and send data for performance indicator composition and analysis coordination or management.
• To support the team and management in implementing actions that facilitate the achievement of area goals.
• To monitor and guide work to ensure effectiveness, productivity, and quality in serving policyholders.

Requirements:

Leadership experience, Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement processes, Focus on results and quality, Ability to analyze and resolve problems, Skill to identify and implement process improvements.

Desirable language: Spanish

Education:

Desirable degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Benefits:

Food allowance: R$ 316.42/month (no discount)

Lunch allowance: R$ 41.75/day (no discount)

Medical and dental assistance from Sul América (titleholder and dependents) with no discount

Schedule:

Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
