Leader of Projects - ADAS 1

Job Function:

Technical Leader of Subsystems (SSTL), project management for the ADAS team.

Location: Goiana - PE

Work Regime: Hybrid

Initially -> 4 days of presence per week: one will be in Recife!
After 6 months -> 3 days of presence per week: one will be in Recife!

Summary / Overview:

• Coordination of technical activities and management of development teams for ADAS;
• Management of schedules, Design Review, Co-design, delivery, and validation of HD and SW from internal teams and suppliers;
• Management of projects for specific vehicle components;
• Ensure that all requirements are functional;
• Global interface;
• Making presentations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and/or experience in electronic systems as hardware and software;
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science;
• Advanced English;
• Communicative/Dynamic/Proactive/Resilient/Capacity for leadership;
• Relationship (most important item);
• Able to synthesize;
• Have experience with planning, deliveries, meeting deadlines, and adjusting schedules;
• Presence at the Goiana - PE plant 1-2 times a week (may be more due to the project);
• Availability for travel with an average duration of 1 week to other locations (Argentina, Porto Real - RJ, and Betim - MG) every 3-6 months.
