Task: Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Maintenance Department
Responsibility for continuous improvement of organizational processes and increasing efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance activities
Staff planning for the Maintenance Department to ensure availability of qualified employees and cover shift plans, vacation times, and substitute regulations
OPEX planning for all maintenance activities, in close coordination with the Controlling Department and Production
Monitoring and evaluation of performance of maintenance processes and derivation of measures for continuous improvement
Organization and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure a smooth and disturbance-free production, taking into account maintenance windows, downtime, and production requirements
Responsibility for compliance with the Industrial Safety Ordinance for production facilities
Implementation and further development of a maintenance software, preferably based on SAP PM, for reporting, troubleshooting, documentation, and spare parts management
Monitoring external maintenance and service providers

Requirements: Completed studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent qualification
Relevant work and leadership experience in maintenance
Experience in introducing and using maintenance management software (SAP PM advantageous)
Knowledge of applying and integrating modern tools for process automation
Fundamental knowledge of energy efficiency in the context of ISO 50001 desirable
Taking responsibility, assertiveness, team ability
Outstanding leadership and social skills as well as interpersonal communication skills
Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
Very good English language skills desired
