Leader of Engineering Systems and Belts

Responsibilities:

• Scope of activity: airbag systems and belts;
• Coordination and supervision of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
• Development and implementation of technical strategies to improve existing processes;
• Closely collaborating with the engineering team to identify optimal solutions for resolving technical problems;
• Ensuring conformity with regulations and safety norms in force;
• Active participation in project meetings and providing periodic reports to management.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of engineering (preferably mechanical engineering);
• Prior experience in a similar position;
• Experience working with programs: CATIA, 3DExperience, Signe, OneVal, ONETD, ONEVIEW, TCS;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Solid knowledge of the English language;
