Further education as a technical engineer or master electrician or similar further education desired
Multiple years of work experience in the above-mentioned field, preferably in a leadership position

Fundamental SAP knowledge
Safe handling with Microsoft Office

Your tasks: Leadership and development of employees in the electrical workshop
Organization, planning, and monitoring of maintenance, repair, and replacement work on electrical systems and machines
Ensuring availability and readiness for operation of production and energy supply systems
Optimization of systems while adhering to relevant specifications

Preparation of performance reports, bid evaluation, and order release
Error recognition, analysis, and correction, as well as documentation according to company regulations and quality specifications

Coordination of external firm deployments
