Tasks In your responsibility, ensure the leadership of customer service representatives and service assistants. Furthermore, you will lead the following:
- Close cooperation with the workshop leader
- Coordination and further development of internal processes within the After Sales
- Ensuring a smooth process from vehicle acceptance to handover
- Cost and budget responsibility for customer service, workshop, and preparation
- Customer care for fleet customers considering individual contracts
- Encourage and develop your subordinate employees
Profile You bring a compulsory education as an automotive mechatronics technician or diagnostician with you and have the following requirements:
- Further training as a customer service representative FA, technical salesperson, or business administrator in the automotive industry
- Experience in customer service within the automotive industry
- Funded knowledge of various work processes in the garage operation
- Customer- and service-oriented personality
- Active and self-initiated introduction of ideas and improvement possibilities
- Goal-oriented approach even in turbulent situations
