In this key position, you will be Single Point of Contact for a corporate mandate in the telecommunications industry for the second-largest construction project management. Additionally, you have great freedom to shape cross-organizational structures of cooperation.

- Annual review, evaluation and prioritization of financial needs (opex/capex) for the CREM portfolio of a Large Key Account - Guidance of budget utilization on transferred trust responsibilities with the team from owner's representatives (capex) and operational portfolio managers (opex) - Reporting to the customer about achieving medium-term strategic goals as well as budget utilization - Develop an understanding of roles in the process landscape and for the instruments of project control and development - Role as assigner for internal operational areas and for internal construction project management - Ensure that each time the best possible resources are used efficiently, goal-oriented, and budget-conformally - Work out rules, tools for asset evaluation (Life-Cycle-Management) and process automation, as well as internal and external alignment with the group and customer - Further develop the vision for the Construction Trust area and implement the strategy for the area - Innovative change in the Facility Services industry, as well as developing and implementing new strategic models and instruments for the trust-based processing of construction projects and programs
