Field Sales Team Leader in the CEE region

Your responsibilities

• Supporting a multi-person team of mobile sales representatives in their daily field work (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia)
• Initiating and implementing sales solutions and strategies to be adapted in other CEE countries
• Matrix co-management of the mobile sales team in cooperation with local sales managers in individual countries
• Implementing processes to support team efficiency
• Setting sales targets and monitoring their achievement by assigning reports and analyzing results
• Utilizing and expanding tools to support the team's work (route planning using map applications, monitoring team activity via GPS systems)
• Cooperation with other company departments to achieve business goals
• Regularly reporting results to superiors

Our requirements

• Experience in coordinating the work of a field sales team
• Practical knowledge of English at a communicative level, necessary for communication with the mobile sales team in various European countries
• Ability to work with various systems and programs
• Experience in analyzing sales results and assigning reports
