Leader Control Center (m/w/d)

As Leader Control Center (m/w/d), you are responsible for controlling and coordinating all operational workflows within the Control Center. You lead a team and ensure that processes are efficiently designed and continuously improved. While keeping performance key figures in mind, you ensure transparent communication both within the company and with external partners. With your organizational skills and leadership experience, you ensure that the Control Center functions smoothly as a central hub and makes a significant contribution to the overall success of the company.

You will specifically:

Team Leadership: You lead and develop the Control Center team, foster collaboration, and ensure clear responsibilities.
Personnel and Material Flow Planning: You plan resources and manage material flow to ensure efficient process execution.
KPI and SLA Security: You monitor compliance with important performance key figures and service-level agreements and take measures when deviations occur.
Process Optimization: You analyze existing workflows, identify improvement potential, and implement optimizations.
Dashboard Creation: You create and maintain dashboards to transparently display performance data and support management in decision-making.
Interface Communication: You coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and ensure a smooth information exchange.
