The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a woodworking manufacturing environment and will excel in planning, quality management, and team leadership. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing all aspects of production within the woodworking factory. * Developing and implementing production plans to meet company goals. * Managing and motivating a team of production staff. * Ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures. * Identifying and resolving production issues. * Implementing and maintaining safety protocols. * Monitoring and controlling production costs. * Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. * Managing factory layout and equipment maintenance. * Reporting on production performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
