Lead - Wealth Operations

We are seeking an experienced candidate for Wealth Operations – Vice President to lead our Ultra HNI wealth operations team. The role requires strong knowledge of wealth products specifically AIF and PMS, experience in managing operations, a client-first mindset, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for the performance of 5+ operations teams.
• Lead end-to-end operations including transaction processing, capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, redemptions, portfolio updates, and timely and accurate release of client statements.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, digitization, and strong risk & control practices.
• Partner with Technology, Compliance, Banks, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless client service.
• Monitor service levels, operational metrics, audits, and regulatory reporting to ensure high-quality execution.
• Manage business escalations and implement continuous process improvements to enhance the client experience.
• Drive strategic initiatives focused on scalability and productivity.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record of experience in Wealth Management operations or AMC operations with strong experience in AIF, PMS products.
• Experience managing a team size of 6-7 members.
• Strong knowledge of AIF/PMS operations, capital markets, SEBI regulations.
• Proven experience in driving automation and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Client-first mindset to drive operational efficiencies.
