Lead Unity Developer (m/w/d)

As Lead Unity Developer at IMPROVR, you will take overall technical responsibility for a VR/XR technology that already carries several products and is set to scale in the next step. This includes CORE, our digital Neuro-Performance platform for analyzing and developing central performance factors, as well as crtX Tennis, our VR training product for targeted improvement of perception, anticipation, and decision-making in tennis.

You will develop nicht primär selbst im Code, but ensure that internal developers and external partners correctly implement requirements through your deep Unity expertise. You are responsible for architecture, quality, and release-readiness, with direct influence on market-ready applications in performance and B2C sports.

Tasks

• Overall technical responsibility for the CORE app
• Technical responsibility for crtX Tennis
• Architecture, technology, and implementation decisions
• Translation of customer feedback and product requirements into clear technical concepts, briefings, and specifications
• Technical preparation and accompaniment of the B2C rollout
• Prioritization of features and bugs
• Facilitating internal developers
• Guiding external developers and agencies
• Safeguarding stability, performance, and release-readiness

Qualification

• Multiple years of fundamental experience with Unity & C#
• Experience with VR- or XR-applications in production
• Strong architecture and performance understanding
• Safe professional leadership of developers
• Bonus: Experience with B2C-product launches
• High self-responsibility and decision-making strength
