Job description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Lead UI Engineer to join Cyberpunk 2 Team. In this role, you will lead the UI Engineering Team responsible for implementing and maintaining user interface features for the game.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Managing your direct reports and supporting their professional development and career path, including setting up 1:1s, performance management, hiring and promotions.
- Working closely with designers, artists and other developers to understand their needs and ensure that your team is aligned with everyone to deliver on expectations.
- Guiding your team to build and enhance UI features.
- Maintaining and optimizing existing systems.
- Creating new features for the user interface framework.
- Implementing tools for UI artists and designers.
- Tracking and fixing bugs in the game user interface and user interface framework.
- Managing and completing tasks effectively and on time, while creating high quality code.
