Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Thermal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading thermal analysis and design efforts for spacecraft and satellite systems. Your expertise in thermal modeling, simulation, and testing will help us develop innovative solutions that ensure the reliable operation of our spacecraft and satellites. Responsibilities: * Lead thermal analysis and design efforts for spacecraft and satellite systems, * Develop and maintain thermal models using commercial software tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL), * Conduct thermal simulations to predict temperature distributions and heat transfer phenomena, * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal designs into overall system architectures, * Design and develop thermal test plans and procedures, * Analyze and interpret test data to validate thermal performance, * Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and procedure manuals. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, * Minimum 8 years of experience in thermal analysis and design for spacecraft and satellite systems, * Strong understanding of thermal modeling, simulation, and testing principles and practices, * Proficiency in commercial software tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL) for thermal analysis and simulation, * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
