Job description
Introduction & Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Tester to support a major HR and Payroll transformation initiative. This role requires a strong background in Payroll systems testing, particularly in managing the validation and transition to a cloud-based Payroll platform. Main Responsibilities The Lead Tester will ensure comprehensive validation of all Payroll and Time & Attendance processes prior to go-live. Define test strategy. Prepare test plans. Design test scenarios. Execute functional testing. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate Payroll calculations. Validate Time & Attendance processes. Ensure end-to-end process quality. Track and resolve defects. Support Go-Live activities. Key Requirements Previous Payroll systems testing experience. Experience with HRIS, Payroll or Time & Attendance solutions. Strong functional testing background. Experience leading UAT. Excellent analytical skills. Proficiency in French and English. Nice to Have SAP Payroll experience. Sage Payroll experience. Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.). Other Details This is a hybrid position based in Tangier, Morocco, focused on a significant project within the HR and Payroll sector.
