In this key role as Lead Test Manager / QA Evangelist (m/f/d), you will assume strategic and operational responsibility for the quality of complex IT solutions – from requirements analysis to go-live.

Responsibilities

• You develop test strategies, processes, and standards that set benchmarks
• You are a coach and mentor for dedicated testers and promote the next generation of QA
• You establish modern test methods and tools – from agile procedures to test automation
• You lead and motivate an interdisciplinary test team in an innovative retail environment
• You passionately champion the QA philosophy within the company and out to the professional community
• You actively contribute ideas and impulses to the further development of test frameworks

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in test management of complex IT projects (ideally in the trade or retail sector)
• Deep understanding of test methods, tools & frameworks (e.g., test automation, system tests, agile procedures)
• Passion for living quality as a culture – you are a driver, moderator, and evangelist
• Experience in coaching teams and in community moderation
• Analytical thinking, structured approach, and enthusiasm
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Very good German and English skills
