Aufgaben

• You'll develop Test Strategies, Processes, and Standards, setting the bar high.
• You'll be a Coach and Mentor for enthusiastic testers:innen and foster QA newcomers.
• You'll establish modern Test Methods and Tools – from agile procedures to test automation.
• You'll lead and motivate an interdisciplinary Test Team in a innovative Retail environment.
• You'll carry the QA Philosophy within the company and into the professional community.
• You'll bring your ideas and impulses actively into the development of test frameworks.

Qualifikation

• 10+ years of experience in test management of complex IT projects (ideally in the retail or trade sector).
• A deep understanding of Test Methods, Tools & Frameworks (e.g. test automation, system tests, agile procedures).
• A passion for Quality as a Culture – you're a driver, moderator, and evangelist.
• Experience in Coaching Teams and community moderation.
• Analytical Thinking, structured approach, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills and Sovereignty in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
• Very good German and English language skills.
