Lead (Technology Compliance)

We are seeking a highly focused and skilled Lead for Technology Compliance. In this role, you will be the primary driver for ensuring our technology landscape adheres to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your mission will be to work in close partnership with Technology Leads and Group Compliance function to discover compliance obligations, track remediation efforts, and report on the organisation's technology compliance posture. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that all technology-related projects are aligned with our compliance objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework, which includes identifying and mitigating risks associated with new technologies, monitoring regulatory changes, and providing guidance to stakeholders on compliance best practices. In addition, you will collaborate with the Technology Leads to develop and implement effective compliance training programs for technology teams. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in conducting thorough risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all compliance-related activities and providing regular updates to stakeholders on our technology compliance posture.
