Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects• Provide guidance and support to technicians as needed• Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with company standards and procedures• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and new technologies• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge• Perform other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements • 3+ years of experience in the restoration industry or a related field• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Benefits • Competitive hourly rate• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance• Paid time off and holidays• Opportunities for professional growth and development• Collaborative and supportive work environment
