Lead Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an IT Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end technology hiring and lead an account of clients. This role requires strong IT hiring expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver on high-volume and niche requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT recruitment across engineering, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and ERP roles Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans and timelines Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent management platforms Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to streamline the hiring process Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize candidate sources and channels Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and KPIs to clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
