Shift times:

Day Shift: 6AM-2PM

Afternoon Shift 2PM-10PM

Night Shift 10PM-6AM

What You'll Do

• Lead your team like a coach, not a manager - develop, mentor, and inspire your people every shift
• Own your shift's Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People (SQCDP) metrics
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and get hands-on with a state-of-the-art manufacturing line
• Collaborate across shifts to create a smooth, high-performance operation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that make work smarter, safer, and more sustainable
• Contribute to the mission to reduce, reuse, recycle - and do it better than ever

• A proactive problem-solver with mechanical or production know-how
• A natural leader with empathy - your team trusts and respects you
• Flexible enough to work day, afternoon, or night shifts
• Committed to safety, quality, and environmental excellence
• Forklift and front-end loader licences are a bonus
