The role of Lead Tech Factory Titles H/F

Your missions are as follows:

Transverse Lead Tech:
Provide technical support to the 3 Factory teams
Lead technological watch
Prioritize within the Factory work related to technical obsolescence and security
Champion and disseminate good development practices
Ensure the quality of developments and contribute to code reviews
Squad Lead Tech:
Guarantee the operational maintenance of the platform
Provide technical expertise and support or even take charge of certain developments.
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Ops to propose solutions that meet technical, business, and delivery challenges.
Contribute to the platform's operational excellence (continuous integration development, qualimetry, security, performance...)

The profile sought

Here is the ideal profile of our future colleague:

Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher
You have 5 years of experience as a developer, and ideally a first experience as a Lead Tech.
Knowledge of the banking environment is a plus but not mandatory
A first experience in an Agile context would be a plus
Required technical skills:
Java, API (thrift and REST)
Git, Gitlark, Gitflow
Linux

Desirable technical skills:
Javascript, TypeScript
Voldemort , Elastic Search
