Lead Symfony Developer

Your role: In this role, you are the critical link between the client's functional needs and the execution by the team. You work on a strategic project (pricing & logic). You analyze complex business requirements and translate them into a clear technical design. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise in Symfony is crucial in this role, as you will be working closely with our development team to ensure that the technical architecture aligns with the client's functional needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Symfony, experience with Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills.
