As Lead Supply Chain Coordinator, you will lead the team that ensures the short chain between supplier and our Warehouse runs as smoothly as possible every day. This allows us to always deliver our incredibly fresh products to our customers on time.

You will be hands-on in the operation, but also look ahead: you will make the supply chain a little smarter every day, build the processes and way of working within your team, and ensure strong collaboration with our warehouse. In doing so, you will help build a Supply Chain department that enables us to continue growing.

What you will do

As Lead Inbound Supply Chain Coordinator, you and your team will ensure that our suppliers deliver the right products, at the right time, in the right quantity. This ensures our customers receive their products fresh and allows us to keep inventory as low as possible at our Warehouse. This is a complex puzzle that we want to solve a little smarter every day. You will provide direction to the team, keep the daily operation sharp, and simultaneously make structural improvements. You will have a lot of contact with external parties such as suppliers, and with other teams within Crisp such as our warehouse and the commercial team.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• You are the manager of the Inbound Supply Chain team. You coach and develop your team members, conduct the necessary conversations, and ensure everyone knows what is expected of them.

• Together with the team, you monitor daily supply chain performance and are ultimately responsible for resolving disruptions. Where necessary, you will jump in yourself to closely monitor orders and quickly liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of our daily supply chain. You analyze where issues arise, put improvements on the agenda, and ensure they are truly implemented in the operation.

• You own the team processes and the way of working. You ensure clear agreements, defined roles, and working methods that grow with Crisp.

• You ensure good collaboration with our warehouse team. You coordinate structurally, resolve bottlenecks together, and build a relationship where both teams make each other stronger.

This is you

• You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.

• You speak and write Dutch fluently.

• You are a natural leader. You provide direction, coach your team, and bring out the best in people.

• You are an improver. You quickly see where processes can be better and actually implement improvements.

• You are still a real doer. You enjoy being involved in the operation.

• You are a strong communicator. You are a team player, easily build relationships, and can easily switch between many different parties simultaneously.

• You have a talent for planning and structure. You work methodically and structured and are always prepared.
