As a Lead Substation Physical Engineer, you will be involved in: Perform • Design and development of substation physical infrastructure • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs • Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices • Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring activities • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects • Provide input to the development of project proposals and budgets • Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow the business • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
