(Lead) Specialist Data Migration (m/w/d)

Making System Changes a Clean Leap?

For migrations from other systems like Confluence to BlueSpice, we are looking for a (Lead) Specialist for Data Migration (m/w/d).

Tasks

• You plan, prepare and execute migrations of systems like Confluence or DokuWiki to BlueSpice.
• You analyze customer data and structures and ensure high data quality.
• You accompany our customers throughout the entire migration process – from initial planning to successful handover.
• You document project knowledge systematically and derive concrete improvement measures from it.
• You work closely with Development and Product Management together to continuously develop our migration scripts and tools.

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Management or equivalent qualification.
• You bring at least three years of professional experience in data migration, system integration or similar IT projects.
• You possess good knowledge in PHP programming and apply it safely in projects.
• You have experience working with complex data structures and scripting, for example with Python or PowerShell.
• Ideal would be good knowledge of common Content-Management-Systems.
• You have experience implementing software projects and feel comfortable in project-oriented work environments.
• You work analytically, structured and always solution-oriented.
• You are characterized by high customer orientation and enjoy direct cooperation with users.
• You show interest in continuous professional development.
• You possess very good German language skills at C1 level as well as good English language skills at least B2 level in both written and spoken form.
