Lead Specialist – Customer Deal Desk, Global SSC. About the Company/Team The Global Shared Services Center supports business operations across multiple countries and lines of business by enabling accurate, compliant, and timely contract administration. The Customer Deal Desk team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences through efficient deal processing, contract management, and data analysis. This includes but is not limited to: * Providing expert-level support for complex customer inquiries and issues * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction * Developing and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and services. 2. Job Responsibilities As a Lead Specialist in the Customer Deal Desk team, you will be responsible for: * Leading a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and process efficiency * Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall performance * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Providing expert-level support for high-priority customer inquiries and issues * Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 3. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance, or a related field) * At least 5 years of experience in customer service, contract administration, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports. 4.
