We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect Data & Analytics for the conception, further development and governance of modern reporting-, semantic- and analytics-services at the Würzburg location. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture based on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure/Lakehouse-platforms within defined enterprise guidelines and work closely with cross-functional delivery teams.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Development and conception of technical solution architectures for scalable reporting- and analytics-solutions

• Further development of standardized services based on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure/Lakehouse-platforms

• Ensuring consistent end-to-end analytics-architectures within defined platform- and enterprise-guidelines

• Definition and further development of technical standards for reporting, KPI-frameworks and semantic models

• Designing reusable shared datasets and reporting-frameworks to promote central data services

• Supporting strategic architecture decisions regarding Fabric Workspaces, authorization concepts and deployment strategies

• Establishing and monitoring reporting- and analytics-governance as well as corresponding quality assurance mechanisms

• Participating in the definition of testing-concepts as well as KPI- and data-quality standards

• Building technical governance-mechanisms like CI/CD-standards, deployment-pipelines and quality gates

• Ensuring scalability, maintainability and reusability of the provided services

• Taking over the technical interface function between departments, product teams, business analysts and platform-engineering

• Conducting effort estimates and participating in PI-planning in an agile delivery environment (e.g. SAFe)

• Evaluating modern Fabric-, Azure- and KI-functionalities for continuous efficiency improvement in delivery and operation

• Advising stakeholders on new reporting- and analytics-requirements

Muss-Anforderungen

• Experience in conceiving reporting-, semantic- and analytics-solutions

• Experience in building scalable reporting-, KPI- and consumption-architectures

• Understanding of data flows, data dependencies and data quality requirements

• Experience with governance- and operation models in the BI-/analytics-field

• Very good knowledge of Power BI

• Very good knowledge of DAX

• Very good knowledge of SQL

• Very good knowledge of data modeling

• Very good knowledge of Power Query

• Experience in agile delivery organizations (e.g. SAFe)

• Structured and self-responsible working style

• Experience in aligning between departments, product teams and technical platform teams

• Safe handling of stakeholder management

• Experience in architecture-, governance- or platform-themes in the analytics-field

Kann-Anforderungen

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric

• Experience in scaled agile projects with multiple teams

• SAFe-certification or fundamental SAFe-experience

• Experience in the enterprise- or transformation-field

• Experience in building or further developing modern analytics- or reporting-platforms
