Tasks

• Conceptualization, development, and operation of cloud-based software solutions for medical technology (e.g. databases, web frontends, APIs)
• Integration and exchange of data between local systems and cloud platforms
• Planning and implementation of cloud architectures (e.g. on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments
• Ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of cloud applications according to regulatory requirements (e.g. IEC 62304, data protection)
• Collaboration with DevOps, IT-Security, and other development teams
• Advising our customers on cloud architecture, interfaces, and technical implementation options
• Fostering best practices and technical knowledge transfer within the team

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in computer science, medical technology, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in developing cloud applications and architectures, ideally in the context of medical technology with
• Your very good knowledge of software development using programming languages such as Python or C# enables you to directly start working on our projects
• You have experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services
• You are familiar with container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Jenkins)
• You have knowledge of developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices
• Your experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and modern DevOps processes helps our team to become better
• You possess very good German language skills (at least C1 level) as well as conversational English skills
• You bring analytical thinking, teamwork, and self-responsible work habits with you
