• lead and coordinate internal and external test engineers working on railway control software, ensuring strong collaboration and high-quality results

• design and implement effective test strategies with a focus on efficient software verification, validation, and automation

• collaborate closely with software development teams and assessors to ensure compliance, integration, and smooth project execution

• define clear objectives, develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet timelines and deliverables

• manage team capacity, skills, and workload to ensure timely delivery while driving continuous improvement in testing quality

• ensure all test documentation and deliverables comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• take the lead in implementing test automation and continuously seek out new tools and technologies to optimize testing processes

• are open to occasional travel to other company locations (mainly in Germany and the Czech Republic) to support collaboration and project activities
