We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining our software applications. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions using Java, Python, or other programming languages as needed. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards for the team. • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner. • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices and coding standards. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and innovations. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. • Working closely with product managers to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs. • Developing and maintaining integrations with third-party services and APIs. • Collaborating with QA engineers to ensure high-quality software releases. • Participating in the development of technical roadmaps and strategies for the company. The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, preferably in an e-commerce or fintech environment. • Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. • Experience with Java, Python, or other programming languages as needed. • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
