Lead Design and Architecture: Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and robust software solutions for CPasS workflows and leveraging your deep technical expertise in backend systems. • Ownership of Full Project Lifecycle: Drive projects from conception through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Mentor and Develop Talent: Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices in architecture, design, coding standards, and agile methodologies. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development processes.
